I have a beautiful Tarnaise Farmhouse in the South of France, available for rent for short periods of time throughout the coming year. It is just north of Toulouse. It is very remote, six miles to the local village, so you will need a car, but it is very easy to fly Bristol – Toulouse.
It is in the beautiful Viaur Valley, in an area of exceptional natural beauty with lots of wildlife, deer, wild boar, beautiful birds, and surrounded by oak and chestnut forest. The river is wonderful to swim in from May onwards. The general area is very historic with castles and beautiful valleys, as well as being close to the historic town of Albi, famous for it’s Cathar Connections and Cathedral.
It can sleep up to 7 people. Two double beds and 3 singles. It is rustic with large oak beams and stone walls. It is equipped with all the normal amenities, although very rustic. For the moment I am renting it at £450 per week with a 10% discount for 4 consecutive weeks.
